Lämpimästi tervetuloa ottamaan varaslähtö vuosijuhlaan varjovuosijuhlissa!
Juhlia vietetään jälleen Satakuntatalossa, vastaremontoidussa Viisissä perjantaina 24.3. ja tänä vuonna tunnelmoidaan teemalla "naamiojuhlat"🎭🎪 Ota inspiraatiota vaikkapa Venetsian karnevaaleista ja mausta asusi esimerkiksi silmikolla!
Sukellamme varjovuosijuhlan maailmaan aloittaen cocktail-tilaisuudella kello 18:30 ja pöytiin siirrymme 19:00. Ilmoittautuminen aukeaa sunnuntaina 12.3.

🎡Varjovuosijuhlien aikana syödään, juodaan, lauletaan ja tutustutaan illan kunniavieraisiin eli ulkomaisten ystävyysjärjestöjemme edustajiin. Gästrike-Hälsinge Nationin (Uppsala) ja Üliõpilaste Selts Raimlan (Tartto) edustajat taas tutustutetaan  niin Satolaisiin kuin myös Osakuntamme lauluihin ja tapoihin.
Huomioithan, että osallistujissa priorisoidaan vuosijuhlien järjestämisessä mukana olevia henkilöitä.
Varjovuosijuhlaan voi osallistua myös vaikka ei osallistuisi vuosijuhlaan!

Satakuntalaisen Osakunnan tapahtumissa toimitaan Osakunnan yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelman mukaisesti. Tapahtumassa on mukana kaksi härintäyhdyshenkilöä. Häirintäyhdyshenkilöt esittäytyvät tapahtuman alussa ja heidän yhteystietonsa tulevat löytymään näkyvältä paikalta. Tapahtumassa noudatetaan Osakunnan turvallisen tilan periaatteita. Mikäli koet tai todistat epäasiallista käytöstä, voit ilmoittaa siitä myös häirintälomakkeella. Tila ei ole esteetön.

We warmly welcome you to take a head start to the anniversary celebration at the shadow anniversary celebrations!
The party will be taking place again in Satakuntatalo, in the newly renovated nation room on Friday 24.3, and this year the party will be with a Masquerade-theme twist🎭🎪 Take inspiration from for example the Venice Carnival and spice up your outfit with a masquerade mask!
We dive into the shadow anniversary celebration, starting with a cocktail party at 18:30 and moving on to the dinner at 19:00. Registration opens on Sunday 12.3.

🎡During the Shadow annual celebrations, we eat, drink, sing and get to know the guests of honour of the evening, i.e. representatives of our foreign friendship organisations. The representatives of Gästrike-Hälsinge Nation (Uppsala) and Üliõpilaste Selts Raimla (Tartu), on the other hand, will be introduced to our nation's members as well as the songs and customs of our nation.
Please note that the participants prioritize those involved in organizing the annual celebrations.
You can also participate in the Shadow Year celebration even if you do not participate in the anniversary celebration!

Satakunta Nation’s events are held in accordance with the nation's equality plan. Two harassment contact persons are present at the event. They will be presented at the beginning of the event. The harassment contact persons will introduce themselves and their contact information will be listed in a visible place. The event follows the nation's guidelines for a safe space.
